Health Visions of Fort Wayne is a community based health improvement organization. A ministry of the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ, since 1998.
Health Visions is committed to building stronger neighborhoods to ensure a healthier future in Fort Wayne. Bringing community partners together, and effectively linking existing resources, is a core principle of the organization.
HealthVisions is partnering with others to build the capacity of the community to reduce health disparities in identified Fort Wayne neighborhoods.

 | Genesis Outreach Inc offers affordable transitional and emergency shelter housing for persons and families who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless, with special emphasis given to persons who are overcoming alcohol and chemical dependencies, and the mentally ill. |
